Lu Ann Landau
INJECTION SPECIALIST
Lu Ann Landau is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience working in aesthetic nursing for the past 20 years. She has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Presbyterian School of Nursing in Charlotte, NC and a certification as a Cosmetic Nurse Specialist. She has worked with plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the LA area where she was taught and honed her craft. Her specialty is dermal fillers and neuromodulator placement creating a youthful, natural result. She has a very caring, dynamic personality and makes every treatment session fun!
Sarah Mayo
MASTER AESTHETICIAN
Sarah is a master aesthetician. This means she has completed the highest degree of education in aesthetic skin care possible. She is committed to ongoing education and training to ensure that we are always up to date and provide the highest level of care possible. She can help you formulate a life time skin care plan that makes sense for you. Her facials, brow shaping, and laser treatments will help you regain or maintain natural healthy looking skin. She is caring, gentle, and she knows what looks great. Appointments with Sarah are an absolute treat.
Sam Nolan
ADMINISTRATION
Sam is our office manager that has been overseeing the administrative operations of the office for the past 4 years. He is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the office are running smoothly; from new technology purchases to software and hardware introduction. Sam is also responsible for overseeing new equipment purchases and integrations, and works with our practitioners to ensure quality and comprehensive product offerings for our patients. Sam and Dr. Keen work together to ensure the future plans of the office are achieved according to Dr. Keen’s vision. Sam graduated from Elon University in 2016 with a degree in International Business with a concentration in Economics and Spanish. You will also see Sam answering phones, performing body contouring treatments for our patients, and interacting with vendor representatives.
Taylor Van Hoff
SCRUB TECH
Taylor is our Certified Surgical Technologist (OR tech) that assists Dr. Keen in the operating room with surgery. She earned her degree from Davis Applied Technology College in 2016 and continued her education to earn her National Surgical Tech Certification. She manages the behind the scenes of the operating room, from ordering supplies to prepping for the cases each day. She works side by side with Dr. Keen during your surgery and is always ready with the next instrument or suture. Her meticulous attention to detail helps the operating room run smoothly and keeps Dr. Keen happy and able to do her best work. Taylor has worked with Dr. Keen since 2016 and is an invaluable member of our team.
Macie Powell
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Macie is the newest member of our team. She brings light & positive energy to the office daily. She has her Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College in Applied Technology. Macie came to our office with over 5 years of customer service experience and coordinates appointment scheduling and patient communications. Macie takes our before and after photos and manages our social media content giving a behind-the-scenes look at some of Dr. Keen’s procedures & results.
